Refund Policy

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app
iOS subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple, and refunds for them are handled by Apple — we cannot issue or deny an Apple refund ourselves.
- Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with the Apple ID you purchased with, find the NightWatch charge, choose "Request a refund").
- Apple usually responds within 24–48 hours. Their decision is final under Apple's Media Services terms.
- To stop future charges, cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
What happens after a refund or cancellation
- Your account drops to the Free plan when the paid period (or the refunded period) ends.
- The bot stops opening new positions. Open positions are not closed automatically — they remain in your Binance account with their stop-loss and take-profit orders. Close or manage them from the dashboard or on Binance.
- Your data, settings and API keys stay intact unless you delete your account.
What we don't refund
Trading results are not grounds for a refund. NightWatch is software — analyses and automated trades happen on your own exchange account, under your configuration and at your risk. Losses (or missed profits) from market moves, exchange outages, or your settings are not refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Something billed wrong, double-charged, or a plan not activating after payment? That we do want to hear about — open a ticket and we'll sort it out.
